TAMPRODA is the acronym for Tanzania Milk Producers Association which was established in June 2002 by milk producers and registered with the Ministry of home affairs in January 2004 under Registration No. 12293.

TANZANIA MILK PROCESSORS ASSOCIATION - TAMPA

TAMPA is an acronym of Tanzania Milk Processors Association, whose main objective is to create better business environment for milk processing in the country. The association was established in 2001 in Dodoma after the initiatives of milk processors led by the Ministers for Water and Livestock Development; Hon. E. N. Lowassa (by then) and Trade and Industries; Hon. Dr. J. Ngasongwa. In September 2003, TAMPA was registered under The Societies Ordinance, 1954 (Registration Number SO.NO.12107) as Non-Governmental organization.
